Blue Forest Theatre Academy: Musical Theatre Workshops

Blue Forest Theatre Academy (BFTA) offers exciting Musical Theatre Workshops for young performers of all ages! Here's a breakdown of our program to help you find the perfect fit for your child:

Act 1

(Grades K-2): Broadway Bound Musical Review

  • Age Focus: This program is designed for young children, typically between Kindergarten and 2nd grade.

  • Introduction to Theatre: Act 1 provides a fun and engaging introduction to the world of theatre. Students will learn basic acting, singing, and dancing skills through age-appropriate games and activities.

  • Short Musical Showcase: Instead of a full-length production, Act 1 students will collaborate on a short musical review featuring solo performances from each student. This allows them to shine in the spotlight without the pressure of longer rehearsals.

  • No Mandatory Auditions: Participation in the showcase is not mandatory, and all students will gain valuable skills regardless of their role.
